As we digest the data from 2020 and have learned to live with the daily effects from a a 100 year Pandemic, the real estate market was nevertheless very strong. Low inventory was caused by buyers purchasing as much inventory as possible. Total closings, average prices and total volume all increased. It was an incredible year for real estate in the Denver area.
